Great Experience
Everything went as planned, no problems. when i picked the car up, i was upgraded for free to a bmw because the car i reserved wasn't available !!!

No Challenges.
Everything went smooth with the rental. because the car type i had booked wasnt available at the moment i got a free upgrade. i got an offer for extra insurance but had already bought that online so there was no pressure to buy any aditional security on site. thumbs up for great renta experience!

There were 20 people already in line when i arrived, so i waited for 1,5h to get my car. maybe there can be more employees in these summer months?

Car Rental Split - Vw Golf Tdi
Easy straightforward collection. polite staff. easy drop off. the only reason i only gave it 4/5 was simply down to the staff trying to convince me to purchase fuel from them instead of from standard stations, saying it would be 'at least 10%' cheaper! would it have been...? i don't know. if it is, why not inform us beforehand so we can make an informed decision about it instead of it feeling like a hard sell (though as i say, i don't know if it was). only criticism!! other than that, great and would strongly recommend.
